АЛЕКО DJ contest

The contest is open for amateurs and professionals from all over the world working with music.

Vote for the best mix

Send the best participant in the contest to Vola Open Air special festival stage – Red Bull’s ALEKO super car.

Vola Open Air in partnership with Red Bull is giving 4 of the participants the chance to perform live during this year's edition of one of the highest festivals in Bulgaria, Vola Open Air, on a peak in the Vratsa Balkan.

If you are a DJ, a selector, a music lover or just an amateur, record your own mix and participate by 10th of July and you will have the opportunity to play live at the festival.

All the mixes will be uploaded here, where fans will be able to hear and vote for their favorite.

Requirements for participants:

•        For participation you need to be a registered user of the site http://voubs.com.

·         Record a music mix in mp3 format and participate no later than July 10th.

·         The mix must be a minimum 30 minutes short and maximum 60 minutes long.

·         The name of the mix should combine your artistic nickname and VOLA OPEN AIR MIX. For example: MICKY D - VOLA OPEN AIR MIX.

·         Add a short description about the mix as well as info about you.

·         Mixes that do not meet the requirements will not be eligible.

Period for conducting the Contest

Duration of the contest from May 10 to July 20, 2017.

Registrations for this CONTEST starts from 00:00 h on 10.05.2017 to 23:59 on 10.07.2017.

The voting starts from 00:00 h. on 17.05.2017 and ends at 23:59 h on 20.07.2017.

The ranking will be visible throughout the competition.

The winners of the competition and the final standings will be announced on 21.07.2017.

Voting

Voting and determining the winners will be by a jury and users vote.

The maximum rating that can achieve a participant in this contest is 75%, of which 40% is the share of jury vote and 35% user vote (Number of votes - 15 % share, 10% average rating, Number of views - 5% share, Voting with WINGS - 5%).

Ranking is an automated process and is determined on the basis of the highest maximum rating by the jury voting and public vote.

Awards

Four of the highest-rated mixes will be invited to participate in Vola Open Air.

Contest organizer

The “Алеко DJ contest” is organized by "Vola Open Air" with the partnership of "Red Bull".

VOUBS is an independent intermediary between the Organizer and participants by providing the Organizer platform on rent and guaranteeing transparency and reliability for the Organizer and participants.
