If you are having issues with email notifications:

Check your email notification settings to make sure that you have not turned email notifications off.

Check your spam or junk email filter to make sure that emails coming from VOUBS are not being placed in this folder. If they are, be sure to add the info@voubs.com email domain to your email account's safe senders list.

Note: If you are still not receiving emails from VOUBS, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ensure that they are not blocking email traffic coming from VOUBS.
