If you cannot find your confirmation email:

Wait for at least 10 minutes to receive the email.

Check your “Spam” folder of your email. If you are using Gmail, check your social emails.

Make sure that you have entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it and send the confirmation email again.

If you can manage to sign in to your profile, your registration has been successful.

If you still have a problem, please write us via the contact form from the email address you have used for your registration and profile will be approved manually, as soon as possible.

Note: Please confirm your email as soon as possible. You will not be able to use your account until you confirm your email.
