First select the voting type - Jury, Public or Jury and Public. If you have not selected jury members on the previous step, only public option will be available for you.
Select from the fall-down calendar dates of registration begin & registration ends - these are the dates during which your contest will be open for registration of participants. In the middle of these days you can see a calculator, showing you how many days the contest will be open.
Select the dates of voting public and/or jury. If above you have selected one of them, you will have to fill it in. If you have selected both, you have the option to make different time of voting.
Select winners’ announcement date - this date is the end of your contest when the winners will be surely published. It can be the same date as the end of the voting or some of the next days in order for you to have some time to verify one more time that the selected media on 1st place complies with all the requirements.
Ranking is the current voting situation. Here is the place to define the ranking visibility. If you select ‘no’, the ranking will not be visible. If you select ‘yes’, then you need to define how many days before the end of the contest. If you select ‘all the time’ , the ranking will be constantly visible.
At this section, you need to select the voting weights. The ‘X points remaining for allocations’ shows you how much you need to separate between the options. Remember that the weights are percentage so the sum of the voting types needs to be 100 points. There are:
Jury voting - if above on this Step 3, you have selected voting type public, you will not see it. If it is there, no less than 1% weight is possible.
Public voting - if above on this Step 3, you have selected voting type jury you will not see it. If it is there, no less than 1% weight is possible.
WINGS voting - this is the weight that you need to choose for the additional voting paid by WINGS. Once rated a media, everybody can give more votes by using WINGS. That is why, no less than 1% weight is possible.
