A threat to environment

Cutting of woods by poor people, who have no other alternative but to depend wholly on wood for making houses, cooking and keeping themselves warm in winter is inevitable. Governments various countries helping such people by supplying alternate fossil fuels. But major construction work by government in and around is a massive threat to environment. That should be checked immediately to save our earth from total destruction.
