Cake "Sport Stephanie"
Ingredients:
Sponge cake 1 x2
8 egg whites
8 tablespoons sugar
150g of crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons flour
Sponge Cake: 2
8 egg whites
8 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
½ baking powder
Cream filling 1
16 yolks
16 tablespoons sugar
4 pudding caramel
6 tablespoons flour
350 g margarine
1,800 milk
Cream filling 2
8 egg
8 tablespoons sugar
2 vanilla pudding
3 tablespoons flour
900ml milk
200g margarine
Dressing:
400 g caramels
400ml milk
For decorating:
8 sachets whipped cream
800 ml of milk
food color
Picture painted fondant
In a deep bowl put egg whites and sugar and mix well with mixer until we get solid snow, then add nuts, grain crumbs and flour, mix well with a spoon to unite ingredients . The resulting mixture pour into baking pan lined with paper.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and another 10 minutes to 150 degrees.
Repeat the procedure one more time.
In another bowl stirring prepare and third sponge.
In a deep bowl put egg whites and sugar and mix well with mixer until we get solid snow,
then add flour and baking powder and mix with a spoon to unite ingredients . The resulting mixture pour into baking pan lined with paper. Bake in preheated oven 150 degrees 1 hour.
ln a pot on the fire put 1600 ml of milk to boil and put sugar.
In a bowl put 200 ml milk, custard powder caramel and egg yolks mixing and the resulting mixture pour it into the pot on the fire and mix with a spoon until you get the cream.
We put the cream to cool.
In another pot on the fire put 800 ml of milk and 8 tablespoons of sugar to boil.
ln another bowl we put vanilla pudding, egg yolks and 100 ml of milk mixing with a mixer, pour the mixture into the boiling milk and mix with a spoon until you get the cream.
We put the cream to cool.
ln a pot on the fire put 400 ml of milk and 400 g of caramel and mix with a spoon until caramels melt, then left at 8 minutes to boil.
Dressing of caramels put it to cool down.
Margarine has been mixing with a mixer and add the cooled creams and mixing again.
With a spoon put the dressing on sponge.
On sponge cake with walnuts put filling with cream caramel, then put the white sponge cake and put the cream with vanilla, put the sponge cake with nuts and put the filling with caramels.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream, a little color cake and picture painted fondant.
