Spotted this small little fellow walking slowly on the ground and when he saw me he began to climb a stick which was exactly my height, and well he was anxious to reach the top I was like when he would stop so that I can take a picture but he began to climb as fast as he can with his whole efforts and I was like aiming and moving my camera along with him, and when he reached the top he just stood there happily as if he wants to say that now he feels on top of the world and can go ahead with my shot.

Mylabris Quadripunctata is a Blister Beetle that occurs widely in the south of Europe and in Turkey. The 13-16 mm long beetle can be recognized from the orange to bright red shields, the rest of the body being black. The antennae are clearly segmented and broadest at the ends. 'Quadripunctata' means "four points", referring to the four large black spots on its body.
