Vladimir Minchev Vazov is a Bulgarian officer (lieutenant general). He led the Bulgarian parts during the successful Doyran defense operation during the First World War.
In 1936, the English veterans invoked their most worthy adversary on the battlefield. Vazov was invited to England to attend the British Legion Congress, celebrating the victory of the Imperial Army during the First World War. They meet him with respect and greatest honors. At Victoria Station in London, the Bulgarian was welcomed by the mayor of the metropolitan city of the Empire. He is staying at Lord Harbolie's castle, where Napoleon was staying. When it passed, a Legion of Legends was built with flags. Then General Hamilton, who accompanied him, commanded: "For Honor, Peace!" When the Delegation with the Bulgarian is present, Lord Miln commands:

"Remove the flags! A gene is passed. Vazov - the winner of Doyran!
