This recipe is very easy and you will make it in no time.
-Chedder Cheese or any other type
1-Cut each tortilla in half.
2-Pour about 2 cups of vegetable oil in your frying pan and bring it to a warm temperature (be careful not to boil it), then place the cut-tortillas one by one (depending on how many quesadillas you want) and leave it in the oil for about 2 minutes but keep an eye on it, we do not want it to be crispy.
3-After taking the tortillas out of the oil, leave them to cool for about 5 minutes and get your other ingredients ready.
4-After cooling, place your tortilla on a plate, on one part of it, place your chicken (make sure they are cut in small pieces), add your shredded cheese, then put your other ingredients (they can be anything of your choice, I prefer mushrooms and sweet corn), add some more cheese on the edges of the tortilla and fold it in half to close it.
5-In your grill sandwich maker, place the tortillas inside and leave it for about 4 to 6 minutes. If you do not have the sandwich maker, get a pan, placing it on low heat, put the tortillas on one side until they become a shade of brown and then flip them (make sure the cheese on the edges has melted).
6-Finally, you could use guacamole or labneh (strained yoghurt) as a dip for your quesadillas.
