Intercontinental cake
For the dough:
16 egg whites
• 16 tablespoons sugar
• 20 tablespoons crushed walnuts
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 16 egg
• 20 tablespoons sugar
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 375 g margarine
• 1 liter of milk
• 400 g black milk chocolate
• 2 vanilla pudding
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 200 g grounded hazelnuts
• 100 g coconut
Prepare the dough:
Grow dim 4 egg whites by gradually adding sugar 4 tablespoons pistachio solid. Add 5 tablespoons of crushed nuts, one tablespoon of flour and gently mix with a spoon. This mixture is placed in a loaf tin size no.28 and Grill 13 minutes at 200 degrees. In the same way do the remaining 3 dough.
Prepare the filling:
In the yolks add 200 ml milk, 2 and 3 tablespoons pudding meal. In the rest of the milk put 20 tablespoons of sugar and it should boil. When you boil add previously prepared milk and pudding. Boil until it thickens, then you need to cool down. Margarine and sugar powder are separate mat, and then cooled together with the filling. The filling is divided into three equal parts. The first part is added 100 g melted chocolate to Section 200g of crushed hazelnuts and the third part is added to 100 g coconut flour.
Aside melt 300 g with 3 tablespoons oil, then coated it with the 3 parts of dough and allow chocolate to harden. The first is applied filling the chocolate, then the dough other of which is applied to the filling with nuts, and the third applied filling with coconut and finally puts the fourth dough. The cake was allowed to cool overnight and then decorated as desired. I decorated with fondant.
