Relevance: Jack inhabits one of the most isolated “cities” on Earth - Wiseman in Alaska. Population is 14 people spread across the territory of 78.1 sq miles. He has decided to abandon the bustling, modern cities and immerse himself into more peaceful, modest and eco-friendly way of life. He lives in a wooden cabin, build between 1920 and 1930 by the gold miners. Currently Jack is working with a group of researches, studying the rabbit population of the surrounding area. Jack is a skilful craftsman, dreaming to build his new wooden cabin in the wilderness on his own.
Circumstances: Picture was taken as part of a project aiming to outline the Pan-American citizen, investigating stories and places in the countries through which passes the longest “highway” on Earth – The Pan-American Highway
