2 eggs (separated whites&yolks)
250 g all purpose flour
250 ml milk
200 g of your favorite chocolate (black, milk, white)
100 - 150 g sugar (depend of taste and sweetness of your chocolate)
100 salted butter
50-70 g of cacao
1 tbs of baking soda
fresh strawberries

Prepare 3 mixing bowls. Cool the eggs in the fridge. Cut chocolate into small squares. Grease with butter baking tray. Heat the oven on 180'C.

In first bowl mix all the dry ingredients (flour, cacao and baking powder)
In second bowl beat egg whites into the nice foam (do not beat them completely).
In third bowl mix egg yolks and sugar in cream. I use mixer machine.
Add dry ingredients into the yolks and mix well with mixer. Add chocolate peaces and mix with spatula. To this mixture add really gently and slow, with spatula, foam of egg whites. Mix gently peace by peace of a foam. When everything is well conjoined, pour the mixture in baking tray and bake in oven on 180'C for 20-25 min.
