Zucchini & Bacon rolls

ingredients:
1 medium zucchini
200 g bacon
cream cheese
olive oil spreads
bamboo skewers
Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic
1 pinch salt

Method of preparation:
Slice zucchini lengthwise. Greasy with olive oil and bake on the grill. Then move them from the grill, spread with cream cheese and dressing ; then put on a piece of bacon . We rolled up and attach with bamboo skewers . Go back to the grill until bacon is crisp.
