If you choose any of the contest plans, you will have the fast creation of contests and you need to read carefully the parameters which will be fixed for you.
For using all the options such as announcing awards, you need to use the self-service software by clicking the button ‘Create Custom Contest’.
Point out if there will be any entry in order to join your contest.

Depending on the languages that you chose on Step 1, p.II, you will see tab or tabs. If you have selected both languages, the tabs will be 2. The active one has yellow line on it. By clicking on the other, you will switch and be able to fill in the other data.
You will be published on the contest page as the person who creates the contest. That’s why you see your profile picture here
You will be the admin of your contest. You need to accept or reject the media uploaded.
If you expect a lot of media, it might be a good idea to add another Admin to help you. To do so: click on add administrator and then start writing the name of another VOUBS registered user. Then select the right person from the proposed to you.
Administrator rules are the rules to accept media that the admins need to follow. You can fill in the first by clicking on the ‘add new’. Filling in this info is optional.
At this part of contest creation, you need to select:
A person well-known in the community or well-acquainted to the topic of your contest can be the ambassador of your contest. Select an influencer to popularize and be the face of your contest campaign.
The way to select is still the same like for administrator and jury - start typing the name and click on the right person.
Ranking is the current voting situation. Here is the place to define the ranking visibility. If you select ‘no’, the ranking will not be visible. If you select ‘yes’, then you need to define how many days before the end of the contest. If you select ‘all the time’ , the ranking will be constantly visible.
At this section, you need to select the voting weights. The ‘X points remaining for allocations’ shows you how much you need to separate between the options.
Remember that the weights are percentage so the sum of the voting types needs to be 100 points. There are:
Select the number of winners - this will bring you the corresponding places to fill in. If you select 3, this means your contest has 3 awards. For each award you need to fill in what type is the award: Cash, Growing Cash, Product/Service or WINGS;
After that you go to the group awards which mean that you need to select if there will be repetitive awards for a few places. If yes, then you fill in the places and the award (award in the same method as above mentioned).
After that you need to wait a few hours for the VOUBS admin to accept your contest. Only after the confirmation of the admin, the contest will be LIVE on the website.
If there are any awards, you will be asked to transfer them to the VOUBS account as the platform guarantees to all the participants the awards.

Easiest way to go you your contest is to click on the ‘Contest’ icon: It is on the same line as the wallet and profile picture.
Then you need to select the first tab: ‘Administrator’. You will see all of your contest listed there. On the next tab you will the the contests in which you are jury, the last tab - where you have joined.
As organizer you might need to edit the contest.
Open your contest page -> Click ‘Options’ -> From the Drop-down menu select ‘Edit Contest’. You will have to go through all the steps of the contest and correct the necessary info.
Remember to do the corrections needed before the start of the contest! Once the contest has started you can only change the description, add media types & add jury members
As administrator you need to accept/ decline the media which participants submit.
Go to the contest -> Click ‘Options’ -> From the Drop-down menu select ‘Entries Management’.
On the left menu you will see list of your contests grouped depending if they are open for registration, coming soon or completed. In the middle, you will have ‘Media Index’.
To see a preview of the media -> Click on the thumbnail image.
To accept/ decline a media -> Put the pointer on the media’s thumbnail & click accept/ decline from the menu that will appear.
Don’t forget to vote if you are jury member.
Go to your contest -> Select entries -> Go through all the entries and give your vote
You have nothing to worry about. Awards will be automatically paid. But if your contest doesn’t have 20 or more entries, it might be either extended or cancelled by VOUBS administrator.
